Once I’’ secure written instructions from my Client to proceed, I’’ believe it is important that the "Client" has a clear understanding of the procedures of dealing with me evident hereunder. because I’’ know that time is of the essence.
Performance model consists of the following:
Sending case documents. The client contacts me via E-mail. There the Client should determine his case sufficiently and attach all attainable documents
Case Study. When I’’ acquire a written go ahead instruction , it is important for me to thoroughly evaluate it. Criteria upon which my judgment is based includes, without limitation, the field of service, location (local, regional, international), and external expenses - if any - such as travel or consulting experts excluding legal professionals (i.e. doctors, engineers, auditors.) and any other related similar services.
Dispatch of offer via email or any electronic mode depending on circumstances
Receipt of the duly signed offer and Letter of appointment by Client
Request for legal documents, including Power of Attorney
Formerly the above mentioned is received, I’’ shall undertake the tasks with optimum professionalism and completely care of you and your case
Cyclical reports shall be transmitted by me that allocates resent development in connection with designated task(s)
