I have been a Jordanian Bar Association member since 1996 and I’’ also been a member of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property since 2006. I’’ am specialized in Jordanian Corporate; Commercial, Civil, Business, debt finance and real estate development property,investment vehicles,Corporate and financing as well, Windup and liquidation of companies and furnishing said companies with full legal services including,Commercial, Business, Intellectual Property and Property Law and other national and international practices accumulated over years, I’’ attain an ample practicing experience in legal drafting instruments. My experience spans over 30 years in Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and I’m very well acquainted with their respective laws ,regulations and administrative practices. I have very good command of Arabic, English and German languages.
